You must be of legal drinking age in your country or jurisdiction to use this Service. By using Drunkdeck you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use this Service.

Premium users may create custom game cards. By creating custom content you represent that you own or have the right to use that content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
All content, design, and code comprising the Service (excluding user-created custom cards) is owned by or licensed to Drunkdeck and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drunkdeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any harm caused by alcohol consumption. Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Drunkdeck operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
