NSFW Deck: Drunkdeck for Adult Groups

The NSFW deck is where Drunkdeck stops holding back: dating history, hookup stories, and dares that assume the group already trusts each other. It's an 18+ category with a small set of free cards to try before unlocking the full deck.

Who it suits

This one's for close friend groups, house parties, and pre-drinks before a night out, not for a first hangout or anywhere family is in the room. If anyone in the group would be uncomfortable with pointed personal questions, start with the SFW deck instead.

What the format mixes together

The card mix leans on the same formats as Kings Cup, Truth or Drink, and Paranoia, just with the intensity turned up: sharper confessions, more pointed dilemmas, and dares that assume the group is already past the polite small-talk stage.

A note on pacing

Because the prompts here go further than the SFW deck, it's worth agreeing on a skip rule before the first card. Nobody should feel pressured to answer everything just because the deck is sharper. Group size

The NSFW deck plays well anywhere from a pair to a full house party, though it tends to land best somewhere in the middle: four to eight people who all know each other reasonably well. A group that's too large can make the more personal prompts feel like they're playing to an audience rather than a circle of friends.

A limited set of NSFW cards is free to try. Unlocking the full deck, adding custom cards, and playing with a larger group requires Drunkdeck Premium.
